I have only been doing this rental thing since Spring Break, 2007 and almost all of my guests have turned out to be friendly, happy folks who have proven to be appreciative of my efforts to make the place nice and exhibited respect for the property. My life has become richer from meeting all the great people who have chosen to stay here.

Well we arrived home safe and sound after two LONG days of driving.  We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Box very much and it was just perfect in every way for us.  I can't think of a single thing I could recommend you would change.  I especially like the idea of your providing a GUEST  (FAQ) MANUAL.  You covered all the questions.

    We had three meals at Blackbeards and enjoyed them all.  Kitty was a joy to have around and absolutely no trouble at all.

    Hope you did well in your competition at Port Aransas.
